This move by the government has helped in boosting tourist influx in the State.  Rajasthan State is dotted with royal palaces, havelis and heritage properties which have been converted into tourist hotels. Tourism is considered as the major backbone of the state’s economy.

The heritage hotel owners are all smiles as they are now able to offer better and economical rates to their clientele. Good and pocket-friendly rates mean better business for the heritage hotel industry.
